If the boots do not fit or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, kindly reach out to us via email at info@shopalexboots.com. Provide your name and purchase order for assistance.

For exchanges regarding size, we will promptly email you a return label. Upon receiving your return, we will dispatch the new pair at no additional cost to you. In case you prefer a refund, please specify the reason for your dissatisfaction in your email. We will then send you a return label, and upon inspecting the returned product, we will process a refund, deducting a flat $25.00 fee for return shipping.

It is crucial that all returns are in the same condition as received. We recommend trying the boots on a carpet, avoiding tile or wood surfaces. Any used or abused products will not be accepted for return.

Additionally, for Uniform Boots, we offer a one-time exchange exception, and a second exchange will incur an additional $50 charge. For custom orders, there is a $50 charge for any exchanges or returns. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
