Return Policy

At Alex Boots, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If the boots don’t fit or you're not happy with your order, please contact us via email at info@shopalexboots.com, providing your name and purchase order for assistance.

For size exchanges, we will promptly send you a return label, and once we receive the boots in their original condition, we’ll ship out your new pair free of charge. If you prefer a refund, simply explain the reason for your return in your email, and we’ll provide a return label. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned boots, we will issue a refund minus a flat $25 fee for return shipping.

Please ensure that all returns are in new, unworn condition. We recommend trying boots on a carpeted surface to avoid any damage. Boots with signs of wear or misuse will not be accepted for return. Note that all returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

Our boots come with a 6-month manufacturer’s warranty, covering defects in materials or workmanship. Normal wear and tear is not covered. For custom boots, only a one-time exchange is allowed, and a $50 fee applies for returns.
